Devolution was THE plan set into place by Trump and the white hats before his departure to keep Pedo Joe from being in complete control and to allow for Trump's return.   He issued EO - 13961 on December 7, 2020 which was written because of the election theft.  They (White Hats) KNEW this was coming and planned for this years in advance with numerous other EO's and legal and personnel maneuvers made prior to this to have everyone and everything in place when it happened.   They (Black Hats) tried to steal the 2016 election, then they (White Hats) watched the 2018 elections get stolen so they could be ready to track and capture them in 2020.   

Remember, 2020 was in reality a giant sting operation, and not an election.  There was zero chance for Trump to win as you cannot outvote Dominion or industrial level election theft which has been well documented and continues to be documented.  

They just reported 158,000 ballots were trafficked in WI.  A new report says ZuckerTraitor's money help change the MI election laws for 2020.  More below. 

General Naksone (White Hat) tweeted on Nov 3rd, "as tens of millions head to the polls, US CYBERCOM and NSA teams around the world are fully engaged to protect our election.  We took what we learned from 2018 and took it to another level in 2020".  So they (White Hats) KNEW the election would be stolen and MONITORED IT!   They flat out TOLD US this days before the election.  Watch this Fox News report that aired this weekend that showed a conversation between Clarence Thomas's wife and Mark Meadows.   She says they had watermarked ballots in at least 12 states and were making mass arrests and hauling traitors to Gitmo in barges.  This is NOT a conspiracy theory.  

Knowing the election was going to be stolen, they (White Hats) had to plan in advance about how to handle the damage, and Trump's return.  According to Phil, Trump did three things.  He issued a ton of PEADS, put conservative plants in the DEMOCRAT party and has done so over decades who then introduce super radical policies to expose liberals for what they are, and planted "stay behind troops".   These stay behind troops are working covertly to thwart the efforts of the Pedo Joe admin to prevent the truly damaging legislation from getting through.   The EO suspended the Constitution rightfully declaring we were a nation under attack.  This means the legitimate gov't went into exile, and still is.   

This is almost 100% a military operation.  We have PLENTY of evidence ALL of this is true, and really it is in open view.  I will get to that in a bit.  Before Trump withdrew, Sec'y of Defense Chris Miller said he had just finished some of the most complex military operations in our nation's history.   Pause right there.   What military ops?   Trump ended the forever wars and had four years of peace but the Sec'y of Defense said they finished the most complex military ops in the HISTORY of the country which includes D-Day and more?  WHAT were they working on?   Devolution.  

Miller asked to meet the general they would leave in control to look into his eyes to gauge the man for himself.   This single man would hold the keys, and if he betrayed Trump, the plan might fail completely.   Who is this person?  General VanHerck.   They only needed this man and no one else.   Trump was at the meeting as well which was the start of devolution.   So not all of the military is involved in devolution, and in fact, it might be only a minority that actually is, but the key members who are involved include Trump's Sec'y of Defense, Sec'y Homeland Security, DNI, NSA, etc. 

This is where we are now, two gov'ts one seen and one unseen.   The unseen one is the one in control, and we have proof backing both statements.  Flynn said we have two gov'ts, one elected and one selected.  I reported this when it happened because it was HUGE news. Mark Meadows said Trump had a meeting in July 2021 with his Cabinet.    What former president HAS a Cabinet, and who meets with them?   This is proof positive, but we have more.  On November 10, 2020,  Pompeo mentioned two state depts.  Huh?  Look at what is happening right now.  Trump former staff members are meeting foreign leaders around the world.   Grenell went to Bosnia, Pompeo to Taiwan, Kushner to Saudi Arabia in February.   Phil made a GREAT observation in that what is important is these nations' leaders AGREE to the meetings and discuss business!   Who would do that with people who have no power or authority?   

Just this weekend the media reported that Putin is refusing calls from Pedo Joe, but RRN keeps reporting he is in talks with Trump weekly.  The AL Att'y General was interviewed Friday, and he refused to say Pedo Joe was the duly elected president   There is video of Pedo Joe meeting with troops in Poland this weekend, and NONE of the troops are standing for him as they would do for the true Commander in Chief. Grenell posted video of this saying, "They know", and il Donaldo posted a picture of Trump with the caption, "THE REAL COMMANDER IN CHIEF!!!".  

Patel Patriot put together a multi part devolution series of videos that cover this in the best detail to date.  Again, this is NOT conspiracy.   These actions and EO's are on the books and documented.  By the way, guess who is keeping us out of nuclear war and is the head of NORAD.  General VanHerck, the man entrusted to run devolution..
