Finally, I had a long Skype call with two dear Light Warrior friends. We were discussing how previously close friends have recently fallen out of our lives. We were pondering on how to cope - because some of those losses were quite unexpected and shocking.

When this happens to me - and there was a series of such happenings for me last year - I always refer to my go-to mantra: 'It is not personal. It is vibrational'. I say this phrase multiple times a day. I have experienced several miscommunications recently and I wondered what caused them. I believe it comes back to my mantra: 'It is not personal. It is vibrational.'

Another analogy I like to use is two elevators. They start side by side, then one goes up and one goes down. There is no fault involved. No one did anything wrong. It is just one person has chosen to ascend at a certain rate, and the other person has chosen to go slower (or not at all).

It is a big ask not to take losses and snubs personally. I have been snubbed recently by several people whom I considered a friend. It's not fun. However - it is vibrational. I did nothing wrong, and actually from their vibrational level neither did the other person.
