Trees Survived LA Fire Devastation

Please draw your own conclusion, but this video is credible proof to me that the fire was targeted.

Entire streets of houses razed to the ground. Commercial buildings including a shopping mall - gone. 

Yet all the TREES survived....?? 

I know it is possible for trees to survive 'wildfires', but those trees look far too green and healthy considering their exposure to such intense heat, flames and wind.
