DeleteI agree with Trader Girl - that we don't have to mire ourselves in what's happening "out there" in the world, but it is good to know the basics, so we're not standing at the end going "WTF happened?" And thanks so much for that Arcturian update. I've been wondering for months now why my body tells me things DIFFERENTLY... the various aches and pains do not feel the same as they used to, and it was very disconcerting. But each time this has occured, I have thanked my body for the information, and began the healing processes on myself immediately. I wasn't sure how well it was working before, but I'm actually seeing a difference now. Sometimes these upgrades are a bit freaky, aren't they?

DeleteHello Debi. It reminds me that for the last 14 days or so I have been having headaches in the evening that go away again before they become a real, lasting one. The headache just comes and goes instead of lasting for hours as it would usually do, as if, actually, I was able to heal it instead of taking a pill to be free of the pain.
