Opening this post with pics of [O]bama that are making the rounds. Firstly, not [O]bama - this is a body double who is decades younger than the original. Secondly, it seems the poor body double got into an altercation in a deadly paddle-board incident - bandaged hand and black eye. Hope he got paid a handsome bonus for his injuries. Grief, it's all so obvious when you know, huh...?? Anons are speculating that this sudden focus on the [O]bamas may be a prelude to their arrest. Stay tuned.

Let's have some health news about something that really is deadly. A reminder that sugar feeds cancer (30" video). Scroll down the comments - someone shared their experience of what happened during a thermo-imaging session as part of cancer treatment. Giving up sugar was very difficult for me but definitely worth it. I cannot eat it anymore - it makes me feel sick. Problem solved.

How are you feeling today, Light Warriors..? It is the last day of July here in New Zealand and the energies are intense as we head into HOT August. Wish it was HOT here in NZ - mid-winter has settled in.
I recommend practicing extreme self-care to navigate these energies. I had a busy week last week so I am balancing it with a quiet week this week. I need to 'de-frag', take life more slowly. Look after yourself. We need every Light Warrior still fighting fit as we rapidly approach the finish-line.
