President Trump posted about the Texas flooding tragedy. I watched some footage of the Camp Mystic flood devastation. It seems that the lower cabins were most affected - where the younger children were staying.  A loved one was a camp counsellor at an all girls US summer camp one northern summer. Some of her youngest charges were under eight years old. They were homesick and clung to her, their 'camp mother'. It horrifies me - and breaks my heart - to know that the youngest girls in Camp Mystic died in such a manner. What caused the disaster..? Weather weaponry? Mother Nature? A combination of both? New Zealand is being pummelled again with severe flooding - exactly a week after it happened last time, to the day. Same script.  Our flood-ravaged region is going through hell yet again.
