President Trump's VICTORY Rally

Image
President Trump has planned a VICTORY rally for 19th January in DC. That's right - the day before the inauguration. And it is on National Popcorn Day. How cool is that...?? Ten days of darkness, then the VICTORY party...? Anything is possible at present. Great Q comms from Jim Jordan. This post about President Trump is cause for hope, especially to those of us living Down Under. A good reminder of what we are leaving behind when the 3D matrix is destroyed forever. Cool meme. Yep, it's the truth. Still on a light hearted note, I absolutely agree with this excerpt from BP's latest Starship Earth newsletter. With you on both points, BP. https://starshipearththebigpicture.com/2025/01/03/january-3-2025-stock-up-on-popcorn-discard-expectations-videos/ 'I have big hopes for Humanity for 2025. One of my keenest wishes is that people stop randomly inserting an apostrophe before an "s", like the word is possessive instead of plural. It's a small thing to ask. I woul...

Nelson NZ Police Vigil

Here is video footage and news coverage of the Nelson police community vigil. This is my experience of being there to support my loved one. https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/nelson-policewoman-lyn-flemings-death-1000-mourners-expected-at-evening-vigil/Q7TIIKM4YJBYVJ73IYPR76A5L4/#google_vignette https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/538103/thousands-of-people-gather-at-vigil-for-slain-police-officer-in-central-nelson As the police officers walked onto the Cathedral steps, the large crowd started clapping. We kept clapping for several minutes as the police officers stood in front of us, many of them in tears. There was a profound sense of love and connection that cannot be described in words. It rained throughout the vigil. Most of us in the crowd closed our umbrellas and stood in the rain in unity with the officers standing in front of us. They work in the rain while on duty. Standing on the steps behind the police officers were the 'firies' (firemen and women) and 'ambos' (am...

Police Tragedy In My Home Town

There has been a tragic event in my home town of Nelson, New Zealand. A police officer was deliberately killed by a man who ran into her and a colleague in a car at high speed on New Years Eve. The police officer was Senior Sargeant Lyn Fleming, a much loved member of the Nelson police community. Lyn is the first woman police officer to be killed in the line of duty in New Zealand, and the first police officer to die on duty in Nelson. Police deaths are rare in New Zealand so the entire country is reeling from this tragedy. https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/538013/police-death-driver-to-appear-in-nelson-court-tomorrow I do not want to compromise anonymity but someone close to me is involved in the Nelson police. My heart goes out to family members of the victims, both Lyn and her colleague Adam. The impact has devastated their police colleagues and their families, and then into the wider community. The last 24 hours have been extremely hard.  I ask that blog readers give me some ...
