    Great video. She mentions the use of a nebulizer. This is a device that pumps air, mist, and vapor. I put liquid Optivida Nano-Silver and spring water in it. I do deep breathing and receive this nutrition in my lungs several times a day, and I can breathe better. I bought the one that shows a lady in a white T shirt that is rectangular; about $50 or $60.
