It's imperative that everyone keeps their spiritual armor on. Do not let the enemy convince you to lower your optimism or hope. There are some thought patterns that will only plummet you into despair and you'll find that there is nothing for you there but pain. You will find that it's better to skip the cycle of doubt and refuse the enemies requests. Sometimes it's better to turn your mind off completely and defiantly walk in faith alone. What then can the enemy do to you but reeee? The enemy is working overtime to bring our morale down. We will not comply.

A Light Warrior friend experienced heart palpitations yesterday and I am having them today. Judging by the Schumann Resonance images in the Starship Earth newsletter, there is a credible explanation for heart palpitations, exhaustion, vertigo among Light Warriors. 

As BP said in her latest newsletter (link at start of post), it seems that many different elements of the Alliance operation could be made public almost simultaneously. The Event could easily describe such an occurrence. Stay calm and rested. Spend quality time alone and in Nature. We need to preserve our energy. We are playing the long game alongside the Alliance.
