Yesterday, I 'hit the wall' with tiredness, as I do periodically. I felt that I could sleep for a month and it still wouldn't be enough. Fortunately, the extreme exhaustion phase was short-lived, only several hours. Today I feel fine.
Stay positive, Light Warriors. The rumors of potential reasons for the extensive troop movements are cause for optimism. I always believe 'where there is smoke, there is fire...' SOMETHING will happen soon, with important days ahead, eg Solstice, 4th July, 777 (7th July 2023), Lions Portal on 8th August etc etc etc.

Exactly tired no matter how much I sleep.. then energy then tired .. I try to sit in the sun daily bare feet on the yard and go thru my I Am mantras...I am not a great meditator so I try to get direct sun and focus on pineal gland cleansing and overall taking in more light .. water and very little meat like fish and some eggs.

Please send love and light to my brother David James he has cancer and isn't doing too good. He did start seeing a naturopath for high dose vit C as chemo per usual made it worse.
He's only a year older than me.
