A blog reader emailed me because she is feeling down. I shared with her that I had an uncomfortable start to my day too. I felt unsettled, isolated and generally discombobulated. I needed to leave a VM with a close friend to shift the heavy energy so I could move on with my day.

Last night I dreamed about the popular tourist beach I visited in the weekend. The beach is in a sheltered bay so it rarely experiences small waves let alone surf. In my dream, a massive tsunami around 20 metres high suddenly appeared out of nowhere and crashed onto the beach. I was watching from nearby, aghast. The people on the beach were surely killed. However, they sat up afterwards. Potential message of the dream? The incoming TRUTH tsunami will shock people almost to death. It had to happen that way for them to wake up.

In other personal news, I have been having bizarre little accidents. Two days ago I banged my head on my shed roof. Yesterday I jammed my thumb in a ladder as I closed it. I am usually so careful about preventing garden-related injuries. I still don't understand how those two incidents happened.

And I have been experiencing amazing synchronicities. Please don't ask me to elaborate. Each example is complex and deeply personal. However, what they all have in common is this: they are unmistakable personal messages just for me.

Remember to keep your attention focussed on the 60,000 foot perspective. What helped me out of my funk this morning was doing a meditation and gently settling back into my usual routine. I let the bothersome details go and soared up to my eyrie at 60,000 feet.
