THE ASCENSION ENERGY HAS SHIFTED ,IT FEELS MUCH DENSER IN THE MAINSTREAM COLLECTIVE . WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING HIGH FREQUENCY ENERGIES FOR SOME TIME AND IT CAN FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE PHYSICAL BODYTO FUNCTION, IT CAN ALSO ACTIVATE THE SHADOWS WHICH CAN CREATE ANXIETY. The past week and especially the last 48 hours have felt extremely intense due to the recent increase in solar storms and sun flare activity You may be feeling an increase in overwhelm and oversensitivity , emotional, angry, anxious, or going through physical pain or you may be feeling you have increased energy.

Starseeds, the mind is no longer processing information in the same way it once used to as you are occupied in anchoring light into to your surroundings. A time to ground into the new earth energy .

Unfortunately, this energy can also intensify our shadows, bringing to light what may need more attention causing some anxiety and fear to arise . 'The higher the dimension, the smaller the tribe...' That is so profound and absolutely true. It makes life challenging. The isolation seems never-ending, despite the effort of cultivating new friendships which usually end up fleeting. It is comforting to be reminded that smaller is better when it comes to soul tribe. My lovely friend Walt always says when we are discussing our shrinking social circle: 'Quality not quantity'.

Hang in there, friends. This is a strange time. I love random phone calls with Light Warriors friends because they remind me that I am not alone - we are all out there battling along amid the craziness.
