That is precisely how I am choosing to live these days. I stop and FEEL for the next moment. Do I really want to do that next activity..? Do I really want to visit that person...?
This recovering people-pleaser is learning to listen to her heart.
Where before I would push through and just do whatever was planned even if I didn't feel like it, now I don't hesitate to postpone/cancel if something doesn't feel right. I am putting myself first. I have come a looooooong way in the last few months.

DeleteSierra, I just noticed an unusual arrival yesterday morning. An "Atlas Air" aircraft. It left LA on Monday to Hong Kong. Turned up in Brazil on Wednesday and went to Honolulu and from there direct to QLD this morning. This company is reported to be the worlds leading outsource provider of aircraft and aviation operating services. Strange that a plane 'outsourced' to unkown operator would be allowed onto a military airfield, Also, another Nato plane left yesterday afternoon for Columbo Airport. And another "Atlas Air' leaving for Hong Kong soon. And an 'Omni Air International" (Omni Express) arriving from Honolulu this morning and leaving this afternoon for Hong Kong. This airline is based in "Tulsa, OK". These appear to be civilian aircraft and being allowed to fly into a military airbase seems odd to me.

Regarding the civilian aircraft, makes you wonder if the military is seconding these huge craft to fly the bad guys around for tribunals etc....?? Maybe less obvious...?? DeleteI had a very wonderful experience this morning with the Lion’s Gate energies. Before work I connected with the Divine and expressed my eagerness and gratitude to be filled with the portal’s energies, and opened myself to receiving. I saw in my inner vision lions that were see through, like phantoms, charging at me, and running straight through me. They looked aggressive and primal, and some were roaring with all their might. One of them knocked me over and bit my shoulder, but not hard enough to sink his fangs in. It was like a transfer of energy, I think. He then rolled off of me like a playful cat and continued on his way like the others. Finally, a truly majestic member of the humanoid Feline race stood before me. He was about 6’5”, with a lion head, and white fur, wearing gorgeous ornate clothing. He greeted me and told me he came to give me a gift. He placed his right hand on my chest, and I saw an orb of golden white light flow from his arm into my body. He said, “anchor this into your solar plexus chakra, this is the Lion’s Confidence and Pride.” I sent the energy into my stomach area and it settled there. I then said, without thinking, “thank you, Regis.” The Feline then said, “you remembered my name. That’s gorgeous.” He opened his arms to me and asked if he could give me a hug, and I happily agreed. I felt familiarity wash over me, and pure fuzzy warm love. After a good long hug, he bid me farewell and walked away. I haven’t had a psychic experience like that in a long time, it was very heartwarming and special. I feel extremely happy to have seen another loved one that I once knew in the higher realms. I have met a couple others in the past, a few of my Pleiadian family, but this is the first time I’ve met a Feline loved one.

About 20 years ago I remember reading a post/article about some Russian airport control tower controllers that were watching a blip on their screen that wasn't suppose to be there. They knew it was a UFO/space ship and decided to make contact by radio. The answer back was "meow, meow, meow." 😻

Incidentally, the speed of the object was reported as 9700 KPH and height was ~ 20,000m ! The pilots are complaining that a female voice is being heard on their radios. The voice does not speak Russian and at times makes a 'Meowing' sound. The transmissions interfere with the communications from the control tower and the pilots keep asking for messages to be repeated. The control tower apparently does not hear the voice, hence it does not appear on the video soundtrack.

This video is NOT the original. I was lucky enough to have caught it before it was removed and in that original video, you were able to hear the cat-like noises. Was very strange, indeed.
I mean air traffic controllers. My brain malfunctions at times.
