This video is a must watch. A young man filmed a 5am transfer of trafficked children into the USA and tried to talk to the officials involved in the trafficking. How are you doing, Light Warriors...?

Today I said to a dear LW friend that I am learning it is okay to still laugh and have fun, even though there is catastrophic devastation and loss of life happening in the world.

We Light Warriors MUST maintain our Light. We are no use to the Divine Plan to liberate humanity if we are in grief and despair. 

I had a low day during the weekend, affected by the collective grief over North Carolina. The following day, I got back on my bike and kept pedalling. I am here to help humanity - and how I help is by keeping people's spirits up as much as I can. 

It is okay to laugh, and it is okay to be in joy, of which there can be precious little these days. Grab every opportunity, my friends.
