I only went to high school to study English so I could be a journalist (!). I was in a top academic stream but swapped maths for typing, a scandalous move back then for a bright academic student. It was one of the best decisions in my life. I was two years ahead of my fellow students in typing class when I went to journalism school straight from high school.
I have been a fast touch typist since I was 16 years old thanks to all those typing lessons. I can type conversations of people as they are talking. It has been a God send, especially for this blog.
I was the only student in my peer group to leave a year early (journalism school beckoned) and not go to uni. I couldn't get out of high school quick enough.
Change of subject...
Are you noticing that many favorite products have been discontinued, or are 'temporarily unavailable'..?? It is driving me crazy trying to track them down and/or finding replacements. I believe it is a clear sign that the 3D Matrix is dissolving, along with the familiar products and systems we have become used to.
Last night I was blessed to be visited by five different starships within the space of ten minutes. If you are not going outside regularly on clear nights, I strongly urge you to do so. Our Galactic friends are looking for Light Warriors who are totally committed to First Contact. All you have to do to put your hand up is go outside - and look up. It could not be easier. It helps if you go out at the same time every night.
And for you Northern Hemispherians now in deep mid-winter...I used to get up at 2am from my toasty-warm bed in the middle of winter when my Galactic friends called out in my sleep that they were waiting outside for me. Coat, gloves, scarf on top of my pjs, lots of yawning and grumbling, I would go outside - and sure enough, there they were. It happened every so often for years. I always go out before bed anyway, all year round.

DeleteOne thing I'm really good at is riding a bike. I loved it from the first day when I learned to keep the balance on a bike and still do to this day. That's why I don't need to wear a helmet. This was not something we were taught in school though.
The next thing they could teach children in school is how to see things from a 60.000 foot perspective...🌝🏖

Torsten, we used to call those students 'teachers pet'. They sat up the front (my friends and I always sat at the back) and answered all the questions correctly with a big smirk. I wonder where they are now...????

DeleteI always look up on my late walks with the my dog and ask for a wink. Hasn't happened yet this year. I always tell myself there is a lot to do elsewhere. Not a lot of activity in Iceland. But last winter one zoomed in gave me a flash and zoomed back out so I appreciated that a lot :)

Love the YMCA explanation. The Alliance has great humor and thank goodness. That school meme really hits home. I was soooooo dis-interested in school. My senior year I purposely took just enough classes to graduate. Two art classes and study hall for only half a day. I decided traveling would be my education. My friend and I were both 18 and drove from Virginia to Oregon in a 1960 dodge pickup truck. It took a month because we tried to stay off the highways and as the accountant we spent $26 in gas. Long story short, I commercial fished in Alaska, traveled for 1 1/2 years ending in Australia, deckhand on tug boats, high voltage cable splicer, massage therapist and belly dancer. The trades were where it was at for me. 💗
ReplyDeleteOh, I went to typing class for one day. The teacher's mouth looked like a type writer when she was speaking and I just couldn't stay with it. I have dyslexia and am sure it played a huge part in why I couldn't hack it. LOL

DeleteI worked in a Playboy bunny nightclub in Perth for a few months in my early 20s - I wore bunny ears and fish net stockings...!! We had NO idea back then about the truth. The main frequenters of the nightclub were homesick US sailors. Perth is a naval port. Such stories..!!
Yes Sierra, before I isolated I too felt like an actor as everyone and everything seemed so fake. Glad you didn't pursue being a Playboy bunny, very dangerous. You must have been on an undercover Galactic assignment.

When I was in school, I was one of the straight A students that all the teachers loved. The only class I never got A’s in was gym. 😂 My personality is suited to clear boundaries and rigid structure, yet somehow here I am. I was always more mature and intelligent than people around my age, not that I didn’t have lots of growing up to do like everyone else, but I was always so confused why other kids in my class didn’t understand the lessons we were being taught, or why they were doing really stupid things like sleeping around with each other and doing drugs. I also didn’t understand why they were all so mean to each other. I fully believe that I had a walk-in on 21 Dec, 2012. Everything changed for me after that day. In 2013 I completely lost interest in the career that I was so sure of pursuing, and I started doing research on ETs, which led to my spiritual awakening. Change of subject, I really lament working early shifts at work because I have to go to bed before night comes. I can only stay up late on fridays and saturdays. It feels like that wouldn’t be often enough to catch sight of a starship, but I should just do it anyway. At the very least it does seem like my star family is trying to make contact with me during the day since I see cloud ships fairly often. I always make a point to say hi with an excited wave when I see a cloud ship and I send them lots of love and gratitude.
ReplyDeleteI feel like I have to add that I hate the school system in America, it’s so awful, and I only realized it after I was out. I remember so vividly on my last day of high school, as I was leaving the building and heading to the bus, I felt the hugest weight lift off my shoulders, like I was being released from prison. I never want to go to college, its such an obvious scam to get people into debt.
DeleteYou were definitely being released from prison. I remember graduation day, I threw my hat in the air and ran around the grounds jumping up and down and my Mom observing me said, "you could not wait to get out and you were finally free." One of my girlfriends was pulled from graduation line because she wasn't wearing the so called proper shoes and "they" withheld her diploma. That was 1974 before it got worse. Are gym, art, music and shop taught anymore? From the sounds of it reading and math have gone by the way side.
DeleteI don’t know about right now, but when I was in school, there were classes for gym, music and art. I graduated high school in 2014, so it’s been 10 years.
DeleteAnael, your cloud ship sightings during the day are just as valid as night time sightings. I too always call out Hello to the cloud ships. They know we are there, connecting with them. It sounds as if your experience of school was like mine, that sense of being released from prison. Yes, university here in NZ is also all about a mountain of debt, often with no decent job at the end of it. Love and Light to you.
