President Trump Visited NC/LA Disaster Scenes On Same Day

President Trump and First Lady Melania visited Ashville North Carolina to meet with rescue crews and survivors of 'Hurricane' Helene, a catastrophe that was NOT a natural event. 

This was one of President Trump's first official engagements as President, entirely fitting for a man of such deep compassion.

It was an emotional visit. These two videos give local coverage - all credit to the people who filmed it. The first video is almost two hours, covering his whole visit. The second video is 23 minutes, where he talks to survivors.

On the afternoon of the same day, President Trump and Melania flew to California to inspect the devastation caused by the (man-made) LA fires. 

President Trump is indefatigible in his mission to right the massive wrongs created by the [D]eep [S]tate. It was reassuring to see Melania by his side. She wore dark aviator sunglasses in North Carolina and California.

In his statement to the press, POTUS said,

I appreciate the Governor coming out & meeting me.
WE WANT TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED

This quote from the Washington Post story makes President Trump's stance on FEMA crystal clear.

"...He (President Trump) suggested at a briefing on North Carolina’s hurricane recovery that he would sign an “executive order to begin the process of fundamentally reforming and overhauling FEMA, or maybe getting rid of them.” He later added of the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s future, “We’re going to recommend that FEMA go away."
