DeleteEarly In the evening I felt tired and laid down on my bed to have a nap, because it usually helps to still the thoughts so I could relax again. Instead my thougts went on and on, so at last i got up again. It was impossible to sleep even for a minute, though I felt the need for the nap. I was sleepy yet the thinking was unstoppable, so I just said, 'ok, it is what it is' and somehow just accepted it as the ascension energies releasing and transforming old patterns, leading to something much better, like a world without the old cabal-made 'distractions' and room for more joy and happiness to come!

Torsten, that 'overthinking' you describe is exactly what I shared about in the post - and Lise talked about in her comment. It's as if our mind suddenly goes into overdrive and we can't switch it off. I find it useful to go for a long brisk walk and wear my body out which helps to balance the overactive mind.
