Yesterday I enjoyed social time with my Light Warrior friend Judith. We compared notes on Ascension 'symptoms'. We are both experiencing time confusion, loud ear ringing, vision problems, heart palpitations and exhaustion. Some days the exhaustion is overwhelming.
It's good for us to share our experiences. Otherwise it would be tempting to think we are genuinely unwell, which is usually not the case.
Keep your Sword of TRUTH raised high, Light Warriors. This is our time. We will carry the badge of honor for this mission for eternity.

DeleteI had some of my shadow come to the surface today. I was reading one of BP’s articles, and she was discussing the topic of flat earth and the firmament/ice wall. I don’t really care about what shape the earth is but the part that triggered me was the suggestion that no human has ever been in space. I’ve believed for a long time that humans have been secretly space faring and have populated the moon, solar system, and even throughout the galaxy to some extent, as a result of reverse engineering crashed spaceships. I really started to question what I know to be real, and I began spiral into a panic attack. Near the end of my processing, my feelings had precipitated into a deep sense of shame and foolishness for not knowing the truth of my reality. I kept saying “I’m sorry” to God over and over, as if I had done something wrong. When I was finally able to calm down, I went to my husband for comfort. I told him what happened and he told me that I shouldn’t feel ashamed for not having everything figured out, because we all have been lied to.

We were talking about how sad we feel at the level of deception experienced by humanity - and the immense suffering because of it. My exact words to h er: 'Everything humanity has been told is a LIE...' And it's true. Everything.

DeleteMaybe this isn't the right forum, but I have no idea where else to present this question where I would trust the answer(s). Does anyone here know of anyone, or any practice, that would help someone who has Epilepsy through these intense energies? The young woman who lives with us has never had these many issues with her epilepsy, but whenever the Shumman Resonance or other energies (like all these planets aligning) happens, she has an intense reaction, often resulting in seizures, which she had very few of since living with us 7 years ago. And yesterday she even mentioned feeling as if she walked through a PORTAL (when I learned only hours later that we shifted to an entirely new timeline on that day). Because of that, she wears different things happened a few days ago and she can't shake it. Any help at all with this would be welcome, as I am concerned she may not make it through all of this without some serious consequences, since each time she has a seizure, it physically depletes her in some major way (like last week she actually lost another tooth from grinding when she seized).

I don't know if this is of any help...It is something I read from Rudolf Steiner, but in my own words, because he use some strange words: When we are living in our physical body, our soul vibrates out in the physical world through the physical body. This is how we can be on Earth, our soul radiating out through the physical body and experiencing the physical world and that's a natural process happening all the time. However, if there's a block somewhere in the physical body, the soul gets a hard time radiating out in the world and epilepsi begins.
