Alexander Quinn Energy Update

A very interesting energy update from Alexander Quinn. Thanks, Stephen.

It is no coincidence that Jayde and I did our monthly Pleiadian channeling during this time.

Uranus Kazimi - May 2025

The Energy Significance and Soul Perspective + Its Effects

Lovely lightworkers, the sun is currently doing some amazing things at present, but I would like to take a pause from the sun to note something special that is setting up different energies at the soul level.
On May 17, we experienced Uranus Kazimi, which is when Uranus forms an exact conjunction with the Sun in Taurus. Kazimi means a planet sitting in the heart of the Sun, which is actually a very strong configuration that also supercharges the planet’s influence over many energys. This particular Sun Uranus alignment not only initiated a new cycle for Uranian energy but was also exceptional because it occurred in the Earth sign of Taurus for the last time in our lifetimes. Uranus won’t meet the Sun in Taurus again for another 84 years, as Uranus moves into Gemini later in 2025.

What is a Kazimi?

Kazimi (from the Arabic kasmimi - as if in the heart) refers to a planet positioned very close to the Sun, so close that it is said to reside in the Sun’s heart. Traditionally, planets near the Sun usually combust or are weakened or overwhelmed by the Sun’s blinding light. So Kazimi is the exception to that rule. When a planet is exactly conjunct the Sun (some authorities say within 1° orb, others within about 16 arc minutes), it is thought to be strengthened and even made special. In this state, the planet is bathed in the Sun’s core rays and then purified and empowered, as if sitting on the Sun’s throne itself. As one astrologer friend of mine told me on the phone the other night, the planet in a kazimi “is infused with life giving vitality, potency, and new beginnings” It gets “purified in the Sun’s inner temple,” revealing fresh truths and seeding new missions. In the tarot, it’s like having the Sun card in your base, sometimes lurking, but ready to activate. In other words, a kazimi moment is like a celestial rebirth for that planet’s energy, often bringing divine downloads or sudden insights to those attuned, but also giving you a thumbs up for the way forward being clear.

Because kazimi enhances a planet’s strength, often it’s considered a fortuitous window when the planet’s positive qualities shine brightest. Kazimi transits are associated with good luck and opportunity for new initiatives. All planets have regular conjunctions with the Sun (even the Moon at every New Moon, albeit briefly), but a slow outer planet like Uranus meeting the Sun in an exact kazimi is uncommon in a given sign. That makes the Uranus kazimi just gone on May 17, 2025, particularly notable because it marked a peak, a concentrated dose of Uranus’s revolutionary energy during the Sun’s annual journey through Taurus. In essence, Uranus was sitting on the Sun’s lap, empowered to deliver its message loud and clear. Uranus is the planet of rebellion, disruption, and sudden change. It carries sometimes electric energies of change. For those of you who have read my posts recently, you know that I have spoken a lot about how electrical systems will begin to fail around these times, allowing for cleaner, free energy to slowly come in also helping govern breakthroughs in technology, innovation, and progressive movements.

Often dubbed the “Great Awakener” or associated with the Promethean idea, Uranus thends to jolt lightworkers out of stagnation and pushes for liberation and originality. The Sun, by contrast, represents their core identity, ego, vitality, and conscious will. When the Sun and Uranus unite in conjunction (especially in a kazimi condition), their energies fuse signalling a period of excitement, unexpected change, freedom, and sometimes rebellion! Sun Uranus transits tend to spark a strong urge to break from routine, to experiment, and embrace new things. It’s as if one’s will (Sun) receives a lightning bolt from Uranus, encouraging radical authenticity and bold innovation. For those interested in music, two of the biggest bands in the world just fired both of their drummers almost at the same time.
What makes the May 17, 2025 conjunction unique is its placement in Taurus, a fixed Earth sign known for stability, tradition, and material security. Taurus governs lightworker values, finances, resources, the Earth and environment, and all that we rely on for comfort and sustenance. Having Uranus (planet of upheaval) in Taurus (sign of steadiness) has been a seven year lesson (Uranus has been transiting Taurus since 2018 and will move to Gemini by 2025–26). This transit has been shaking up Taurean energies which we’ve seen in unexpected challenges to our survival that have shaken up our value system and potentially finances. You will see this play out in the collective externally forcing society to rethink how they handle money, food, climate, and security. The Uranus kazimi in Taurus effectively crystallized these themes, acting as a climax or breakthrough point of that years long journey.

During this alignment, the astrological meaning is one of revolutionizing the material world, which can sometimes begin with seeking initial chaos before the dust settles. America setting new tariffs around this time for the rest of the world to seemingly reset the balance amongst other material issues in the world being apparent in the lead up to this energy. The Sun Uranus kazimi in Taurus can also manifest as sudden changes or revelations in economies like financial shake ups, market surprises, cryptocurrency or monetary innovation in environmental or agricultural realms such as new technologies for sustainability, or shocks like notable Earth events, and in our collective values  such a dramatic shift in what people prioritise or deem valuable. So under a Uranus kazimi, you're going to expect the ground under your feet (metaphorically or even physically) to tremble with change. On the global stage, this energy is going to correlate with technological leaps or social movements coming to a head. For example, a sudden innovation might capture headlines, or a wave of public unrest could spike as people demand freedom from an outdated status quo. Expect the unexpected when Uranus is involved . You can’t go wrong with that mantra when working with Uranus, especially when it’s supercharged by the Sun.

On a personal level, Uranus conjunct the Sun in Taurus encourages lightworker to break free of habits and seek greater authenticity in the realm of Taurean themes like money, possessions, physical comfort, and personal values. Taurus’s normal impulse is to hold on and maintain the balance, but Uranus kazimi delivers a cosmic wake up call. It highlights where we’ve grown too stable or stagnant and injects a dose of chaos for the sake of growth, not always what light workers want to hear or experience, but often we look back and go, Oh! I see why that needed to happen, Thank god it actually did.
In practical terms, this is going to, for some people, create sudden epiphanies about financial matters or self worth, an urge to drastically simplify one’s life, or an unforeseen opportunity that forces a rapid adjustment in the money and material realms (such as an unexpected job offer or relocation that upends one’s routine). Though Uranus transits can be a bit jarring, stoically bringing anxiety or a feeling of groundlessness, their purpose is often to liberate us from ruts.

Under this 2025 kazimi, many may have felt a restless drive to reinvent something in their lives, whether it’s adopting a radical new approach to earning a living, embracing a minimalist lifestyle, or shifting personal priorities to align with a newfound truth. This was the final Sun Uranus meetup in Taurus until the 22nd century, marking the culmination of Uranus’s influence in this sign’s cycle. That made the May 2025 kazimi a sort of grand finale for the themes that have unfolded since 2018, creating an invisible finish line linked to a visible and in some cases invisible final breakthrough moment in how lightworkers relate to Taurus matters of stability and value as that chapter ends. Everyone will in some way be touched by this transit’s energy, but those with strong placements in the fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) will feel it most personally since the Sun and Uranus met in Taurus. In other words, if you have key planets or your ascendant in late degree fixed signs, this kazimi likely acted as a direct catalyst in your chart, heralding what can feel like a sudden course correction.

Do not fear this, light workers. Essentially you’re being prompted to embrace change over fear. From past experience, the immediate effects sometimes range from exhilarating to anxiety inducing. Regardless, the overarching theme was awakening. By rattling loose what was stuck, Uranus in Taurus opened pathways for greater innovation, freedom, and growth in the very areas we tend to resist change. From a soul perspective the Uranus kazimi of 2025 can be seen as a catalyst for shifts in the collective psyche. Outer planets like Uranus often correspond to movements in the collective unconscious, meaning that large groups of people experience similar thematic urges or challenges, even if in different ways. In past posts, I have mentioned Carl Jung, who wrote about these ideas in ways that I believe are some of the best if you feel like picking up one of his books.

With Uranus conjunct the Sun, there’s a strong emphasis on the collective drive for change coming into conscious awareness. In practical terms, many individuals around the world may simultaneously feel a restless, “it’s time for something new” sentiment, even if they cannot pinpoint why. Within the world soul, this can manifest as sudden surges in social or political movements, spikes in protest or innovation, or a rapid spread of new cultural memes and ideas. We might recall that Uranus is the planet of mass movements and youthful rebellion. It rules Aquarius, the sign of groups and humanitarian causes. A kazimi therefore will amplify a sense of urgency in the collective to challenge authority and push for reform as an ongoing issue growing and growing now. This is a big seed that has been planted.

Much Love

  1. I think that what AQ says, is that we are moving into a time now where it will be easier to be creative, where one can either begin doing an interesting activity from earlier in life, again, but in a new and fresh way - or start doing something new that we haven't done before and have a feeling that it's easier to be creative, than in the past seven years.

Personally I might want to take the airplane, and train, to re-visit Findhorn, but on the other hand, it must have changed a lot since 1988 when I was there....
In the world it could mean that there will be peace in Ukraine and Gaza, better finances for everyone, better health, more happiness..?🤔🛸

    1. Torsten, interestingly I have very little interest in re-visiting places on Earth I visited in my younger days. I want to have a relaxing holiday in Rarotonga, and visit friends and blog readers in USA/Europe. But apart from that...the galaxy awaits....! Love and Light from frosty morning NZ.

    2. Sierra, I have more or less been stuck in the area in which I live for so many years that I find it hard to imagine myself travelling to new places. Perhaps it will change in the near future🛸
Love and light from windy, not so warm evening/night time DK

    3. Sierra, I'm curious why Rarotonga? I had a co-worker from Cook Islands (1991) tell me those island are VERY beautiful. I have recently put Hawaiki on top of my list on my way to inner earth then back to my Galactic routine.

Anyone else seeing 88 and Eights a lot? Back to the Future?

    4. PS, Sierra, should you ever want to visit Denmark, you would of course be welcome here. I think my wife would agree on that. You could taste my glutenfree sourdoug bread, have a cup of green tea and say hello to our cat🐈

    5. Taylor....I LOVE Rarotonga...!! I have travelled all over the world, snorkelled in other Pacific Islands, and Rarotonga wins every time. I have been there four or five times. The Cook Islands remain timeless because outsiders are not allowed to buy land there. It means they retain a simple lifestyle that is virtually impossible in other touristy places. And the snorkelling is heavenly - straight off the beach. We NZers love Raro because we can use NZ dollars and take food with us. Hope that helps...!
And yes, Torsten, I would love to visit you and your wife in Denmark for a cup of tea, some of your yummy sourdough bread...and a cuddle with your cat...!

    6. In my younger years when I sailed from Hawaii to Samoa and flew from there to Australia I imagined visiting Rarotonga and Tonga. I use to think I would get there some day. Sierra your description is what I imagined. Thank you!

    7. Possum, I haven't been to Samoa or Tonga but I hear they are similar to Rarotonga. I've been to Fiji and Vanuatu several times - they are both very touristy. I did visit the Loyalty Islands once on a cruise, quite lovely there too.

    8. I landed in American Samoa and from there I hopped a 120 foot 3 masted 100 year old schooner named the Sophia with 30 hippies to get to Western Samoa. WS is more what you describe of Rarotonga. The Sophia was on it's way to NZ for a retro-fit and then would be on it's way to Northern NZ to make a movie about it. After the retro-fit and heading north the Sophia and crew got caught in a bad storm and the new stem timber and new rib timbers did not flex with the old rib timbers and the Sophia broke apart and sunk. The crew knew to climb the rigging as Sophia was sinking and climbed into the life boats. Within a week they were rescued. One brand new crew member did not make it because he/she got caught in the rigging as Sophia sunk. That was in 1980.

    9. Wow, Possum that is an incredible story. I don't recall it because I was back-packing through South East Asia/Europe that year. And the coincidence..? I posted Sophia Love's channeling today...

  2. A Titan, in Greek mythology, any of the children of Uranus (Heaven) and Gaea (Earth) and their descendants. According to Hesiod's Theogony, there were 12 original Titans: the brothers Oceanus, Coeus, Crius, Hyperion, Iapetus, and Cronus and the sisters Thea, Rhea, Themis, Mnemosyne, Phoebe, and Tethys.
