A few nights ago, a dear LW friend and I were discussing the intense energies and how to surrender to the need to stay out of our comfort zones as we move swiftly into 5D. 

This morning it occurred to me that I have been forgetting about Gratitude. I texted him and suggested that we spend the month of June focusing on Gratitude. Keep a journal and write five things every day we are grateful for. Maybe you will join us.
