I totally resonate with Deb regarding bouncing back much quicker. Me too. Whatever tribulation I experience, I move through it with lightning speed these days. It is far in the rear vision mirror in moments and I am whizzing along again - barely ruffled.

Coach Jerry and I are on the same page regarding this note he sent me...

Finally, this morning I was chatting to my LW friend Ged on the phone. He is heading off to US next week to join family over there. I reassured him that all will be well. We discussed the chaos in the northern hemisphere - a long way from our sheltered lives here in sleepy NZ.

I said to Ged...'Do you know what...? I write a daily post and I skim read a lot of intel. But right now, I am just really enjoying time with family and friends. That's it.'
