I meant to post this Alexander Quinn 7:7 Portal Energy Update yesterday but didn't quite get there.

I am posting it today because it is still relevant. The 7:7 portal is today here in NZ and tomorrow in the northern hemisphere.

Alexander Quinn Energy Update

We have a huge energy wave now hitting us. It’s been building for a few days now, but will hit its peak over the weekend and toward Monday when we hit the 7/7 Portal.
This is likely going to feel very intense. Specifically, this portal is linked to the energy of 7/7/9. The 9 energy brings in the theme of endings, creating a strong urge to release outdated habits, limiting beliefs, emotional baggage, or anything that feels like it's just weighing you down. It's a moment to take inventory of what’s no longer working in your life and consciously choose to let it go now.
On a physical and mental level, this energetic combination will affect the nervous system, brain, and pineal gland, which is linked to intuition but also sleep cycles and mental clarity, and because of this, is going to for many feel like you are having a very hard time getting meaningful sleep around this time, if at all. The wave is, for some, going to feel relentless and non stop.
Many lightworkers will feel more mentally sensitive, emotionally reactive, or prone to going back into overthinking and anxiety, especially if you're not giving yourself space to decompress. If you are able, prioritise rest, quiet, and grounding practices every day during this period. There’s a strong detoxification theme playing out over the next 72 hours, both emotionally and physically. This is going to be a time to release toxins, reset your routines, or address any health habits that no longer serve you.
The 9 energy supports healing through release, especially in areas like the immune system and the organs responsible for elimination, such as the liver, kidneys, and colon. Many will feel strange sensations regarding the stomach, with food feeling alien around this time. The skin will also feel very sensitive, but thats not all.
Overlaying all of this is the Sirius Gateway (July 3–7), a time when the Earth aligns with Sirius, the brightest star in the night sky. It’s going to bring in goddess Isis codes, and it will likely feel very high frequency, which in turn will heighten awareness and accelerate any spiritual growth and experiences around this time producing much more sudden insight, increased sensitivity, vivid dreams, or a deep desire to reconnect with your life’s purpose in general. Either way, it’s going to feel like a wave of intensity hitting Earth like nothing else recently with some feeling tiredness unlike before, paired with being unable to sleep and some unable to eat. Hold on tight. This is going to be a very interesting weekend. Yikes.
