Yesterday I facilitated a regression session with my lovely friend Jayde. We connected with the Blue Beings again. The main speaker this time was more serious than the speaker in our last session. As I wrote in response to comments by Taylor and CC, my main focus lately is gratitude. I have quite naturally started to say 'Thank you, God' straight after every blessing, big or small. It's not lip service. I pause, reflect on the blessing and say the words out loud with deep feeling.  It is working. A bundance is coming my way these days. That is not why I say 'Thank you' - there is genuine humility in my gratitude. However, I can see that the natural balance of things is manifesting. Also, I can see how I am creating my reality...
